"We are currently using West Coast Chemical Traction-Plus floor finish on all school sites in the district. The product is user friendly with excellent leveling dry time and durability. With high speed burnishing the finish performs extremely well. At our Cesar Chavez facility we tested the new Ultra-Durable Paragon II aliphatic urethane and determined this product performance to out perform the conventional finish. In the hallways at this facility the foot traffic is considered very heavy and the finish showed very marginal wear after 15 months. The savings with the reduced labor and material was significant . I would recommend this product for public areas with heavy foot traffic. The performance is impressive and the reduced labor is incredible."
