About Aqua Seal
 Aqua Seal is a partially fluorinated product designed for after market, ambient cure applications to hard surfaces. However it can also be used in OEM applications. Aqua Seal provides exceptional oil, alcohol and water repellency. It is used to protect fine stone and concrete of all types. Aqua Seal allows you to use one product across a broad range o f hard surfaces with superior results. There should not be any gloss or change in the appearance after applying Aqua Seal.
This is one of the features of fluoropolymer sealers to protect and preserve the original appearance of the marble, limestone, concrete/masonry, travertine, saltillo tile, clay tile , stucco, granite , terrazzo, etc.
Preparation and Application
Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying. Thoroughly saturate the surface with Aqua Seal. Experienced applicators know how to keep the seal moving while coating the stone to avoid puddling. Once the stone is coated, care is taken to either remove the residue or move it to untreated areas of the stone. After the area is treated it generally takes 48 to 72 hours to cure. The time may fluctuate depending on humidity and air circulation the temperature, etc. Coverage on concrete, brick, stucco, pavers, and tile when applied at the rate of 1gallon per 200 to 400 square feet. Low porosity stones and surfaces will yield higher coverage.

About Aqua Seal
Cleaner & Restorer
 Aqua Seal Cleaner & Restorer is a daily cleaner for all natural stone, manufactured stone, clay tiles and pavers. When used to maintain the existing Aqua Seal coating, it cleans and fortifies the sealed surface. Aqua Seal Cleaner & Restorer will clean, increase gloss, improve appearance and apply a refresher coat of sealer with every use. Aqua Seal Cleaner & Restorer is safe for use on food preparation surfaces. It can be used for counter tops, floors, walls and stone furniture.
Preparation and Application
Simply apply Aqua Seal Cleaner & Restorer to the surface allow to dwell on the surface for 30 seconds and wipe dry. For heavy soils subsequent cleanings may be necessary.

About
Stone Guard Protectant
 A silicone based sealer for all types of natural stone, manufactured stone, concrete and clay tile and pavers. Stone Guard quickly and effectively penetrates the material making it impervious to water and potential staining. This tried and tested technology gives you the peace of mind that your investment is protected. With proper maintenance, and timely reapplication of Stone Guard, it will protect your stone for many years.
Preparation and Application
Surface must be clean and free from any contaminants, soil or debris. Never apply Stone Guard when in direct sun light. Always allow surface to cool before application. For new installations allow grout to cure for a minimum of 48 hours. During restoration cleaning Stone Guard may be applied after final rinsing while the surface is still damp.
Application methods vary according to the amount of square footage to be sealed and the expertise of the individual performing the task. In general Stone Guard is applied using any of the following applicators:
- Paint Brush
- Paint Roller
- Lambs Wool Applicator
- Hudson Sprayer
A general rule of thumb is that any applicator you would use to apply paint is suitable for application of stone sealers.
Take all necessary precautions and measures to insure that any surrounding area you do not wish to seal is covered and protected. Apply Stone Guard liberally to the surface being sealed.
Allow sealer to penetrate for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not allow sealer to dry during this time. Apply more sealer if necessary. Wipe any excess sealer off with a rag and thoroughly rinse the surface. Subsequent applications may be required for extremely porous surfaces.
