An Aliphatic Two-Part, High Gloss, Non-Yellowing Urethane Ultra Durable floor coating that delivers performance and cost-effectiveness that far surpasses the performance of conventional floor finishes. It
is water-based and environmentally friendly and provides benefits in four ways:
1. DRAMATICALLY REDUCES COSTS
- No burnishing, buffing or spray buffing. Superior performance and durability eliminates the need for frequent floor care interventions and disruptive procedures associated with conventional floor finish.
- Reduces re-application. Since it is virtually maintenance free it dramatically reduces scrub and recoat floor frequency.
- Eliminates stripping. With proper floor preparation and maintenance will not need to be stripped.

APPLICATION ON STRIPPED FLOORS:
After a detail stripping and complete rinse and neutralization of floor is accomplished
Two Coats of New Life Sealer (allowing for a minimum of 20 minute dry time between coats)*
One Coat of Paragon II (allowing for a minimum of 50 minute dry time between coats)*
Second coat of Paragon II can be applied as soon as first coat is dry. This technique is used in order to achieve a very deep gloss and enhance the life cycle of the product. This technique is not necessary for achieving the wet look gloss and average 10-month life cycle.
APPLICATION ON ACRYLIC FLOORS:
After a detail top scrub with a blue or green pad and complete rinse and neutralization of floor is accomplished
Two Coats of New Life Sealer (allowing for a minimum of 20 minute dry time between coats)*
One Coat of
Paragon II (allowing for a minimum of 50 minute dry time between coats)*
Second coat of Paragon II can be applied as soon as first coat is dry. This technique is used in order to achieve a very deep gloss and enhance the life cycle of the product. This technique is not necessary for achieving the wet look gloss and average 10-month life cycle.
APPLICATION ON EXISTING URETHANE COATED FLOORS:
After a detail screening using a 120 grit screen, (wet screening with a neutral cleaner or dry screening with a Clarke Orbital Sander), scrub with neutral cleaner using a blue or green pad and complete rinse and neutralization of floor is accomplished. If multiple coats are present then a deep screening may be necessary starting with 60 grit, followed by 100 grit and 120 grit screens. Under no circumstances
would you use any cleaner citrus or otherwise that contains citrus solvents.

DAILY MAINTENANCE:

* Dry time may be longer during days of high humidity and poor ventilation

What is the product’s life cycle?
Paragon II Ultra Durable Coating’s average life cycle is up to 10 times the life cycle of conventional acrylic finishes. In most applications the life cycle is 10 to 14 months. There are many factors and variables that effect the life cycle of any coating, but one thing is for certain; Paragon II Ultra Durable Floor Coating will out-perform conventional acrylic finishes and require no routine maintenance other than cleaning.

Can this coating be stripped or repaired?
Paragon II Ultra Durable Floor coating is designed to remain on the floor and is re-coatable and repairable. It can be easily stripped, should
it ever be necessary. Paragon II is designed to be lightly wet screened and then re-applied.

How do you clean/maintain this coating?
Normal floor cleaning procedures prevail. Paragon II has an approved cleaner with slip resistant enhancements.

Which are the appropriate application surfaces?
Paragon II Ultra Durable Floor Coating is recommended for all hard surfaces. This next generation technology in floor coatings is recommended for sheet vinyl, linoleum, VCT, terrazzo, granite, marble, quarry tile, wood and many other types of flooring.
