 About Gym Finish 25

Gym Finish 25 is a polyurethane water based finish designed for wood floors, especially for gym floors. Gym Finish 25 requires a croos-linker to provide a durable finish. This product demonstrates exceptional durability and performance on gym floors with heavy usage. High speed burnishing and cleaning with Safety-Traction insures extended wear and service of this product.

Preparation and Application

• New wood should be sealed with the proper acrylic sealer before applying Gym Finish 25.
• Recoating this product requires sanding, damp mopping and vacuuming.
• A thorough tacking is required before applying Gym Finish 25. Apply with a Padco Applicator, allowing three to four hours drying time between coats.
• Two to three coats is generally adequate for excellent appearance and long term wear.
• Recoating without sanding can be done up to four hours after applying a coat. Sanding between the coats, however, provides the best film appearance.
