 Heavy
Duty Build-Up & Seal Remover is a high alkaline formulation for the removal of frequently burnished floors with extreme finish build-up. This formula contains over 20% active ingredients.
Preparation and Application
Initial application: Remove old floor finish and soil thoroughly with Heavy Duty Stripper & Build-Up Remover, use wet vacuum or auto scrubber to pick-up all the dirty solution.
Afterwards flood rinse thoroughly with clear water pick-up rinse water with wet vacuum and finish with a clean damp mop for final rinse.

New Life Sealer/Undercoater

About New Life Sealer/Undercoated
 Especially designed for porous floors and older tiles and linoleum. After stripping old finish and neutralizing floor it is recommended to apply two or three coats of New Life Seal depending on the porosity and condition of the surface.
Preparation and Application
The first step to a beautiful easily maintained floors. A non-flammable emulsion type seal that dries to a glass clear film that will not discolor even the lightest color floors.
Enhances colors and renews the appearance of all floors. Dries in twenty minutes, forming a protective shield against water, cleaners, black marks, dirt and grit, soils and stains. Recommended for all surfaces. Strip and remove all old finish, rinse thoroughly with clear water prior to applying New Life Sealer.

Traction Plus High Speed Finish/Restorer

About Traction Plus High Speed Finish/Restorer
 This resurface emulsion is formulated to add layered toughness to the floor finish and replace finish worn away by abrasive foot traffic. It dries to a gloss so burnishing need not be required immediately afterwards. Traction-Plus, once dry can be burnished to increase gloss and durability.
Preparation and Application
Normal preparation procedure: Stripping and rinsing with clear water, insure surface is thoroughly dry prior to application. Apply three to four medium coats, allow adequate dry time between each coat. In heavy traffic areas it is recommended to auto scrub the surface or damp mop with Safety Traction Cleaner. 2 oz per/gallon, after which burnishing with a natural fiber pad.

Preparation and Application
Before applying this product remove all old finish and/or the factory finish on new vct flooring. Rinse thoroughly with clear water. Once the surface is dry, apply three to four coats depending on the surface allow adequate dry time between coats. Normal maintenance procedures are recommended. Damp mopping or auto scrubbing 2 oz Safety Traction Cleaner depending on foot traffic two or three times per week. Burnishing will increase gloss and performance.

Hi-Lite Cleaner
 Hi-Lite, a positive emulsion detergent is pleasantly scented and efficient for all types of general cleaning and for removal of hard water haze and residual ice melt chemical. Ideal for use with damp strip method as emulsifier and sequestering agents guard against re-deposition of soiled finish, assure free rinsing and provide a surface ideally suited for bonding of subsequent coats of floor finish.
Preparation and Application
For normal cleaning application use, dilution is 4 oz per gal for deep scrubbing or heavy duty cleaning, 1 quart per gal is recommended. This product is recommended for a variety of cleaning application from deep scrubbing floors to general all purpose cleaning.

Ultra Gloss Floor Finish
 This new innovative high gloss product provides superior performance initial gloss and durability requiring low maintenance simply dust mop and wet mop or auto scrubbing is all that is required for this extra durable finish.
Preparation and Application
Follow the normal procedures for preparing the surface; dust mopping to remove all loose soil. Remove all old contaminated floor finish with HD Build-Up stripper. Make sure to thoroughly remove all the stripper and old finish with a wet /vacuum or auto scrubber. Afterwards flood rinse the surface with clear water, pick- up the clear water and follow up with a clear water damp mopping to insure a clean and neutral surface. On extremely porous VCT, apply West Coast Chemical New Life sealer for the first coat. Once the seal is dry, apply two or three coats of Ultra-gloss and allow adequate time between coats to insure proper leveling and performance.
